Negative stars.
It has been 6 days including 4 working days - heading into 5th, and I still have not received the item despite the order stated same day delivery.
Two consecutive days customer service said they will
follow up with sales team and they can’t give me status of delivery because it’s a 3rd party courier. Then they ignored me when I asked for update on 3rd working day.
I can’t cancel. I don’t the item and I am not getting proper information on the delivery status.
Do not order online. It’s just so disappointing and unacceptable. Never again. I’m going to report consumer service if I don’t hear back tomorrow.
