After using the Tefal Matcha Induction Frypan 20cm for about a month, I wish I've bought it earlier. It's what I'd call economy frying pan: (1) It heats evenly and thoroughly. As a result I don't have to turn my gas hob high, thus saving gas usage. (2) it's easy to clean with no food sticking to it, as a result I use less water and cleaning liquid to clean it.
