The Covid-19 situation has affected all of our day-to-day activities. We therefore thank you for your understanding regarding our response times to your requests and/or repairs of your products, whether covered or not by the guarantee. We and our partner repairers are doing our utmost to meet your needs as quickly as possible. Our authorized service partner will keep the service centre opening in office hours of weekdays and Saturday morning to our customers. However, to avoid any inconveniences caused by unforeseeable contingencies, we recommend you to make a phone call to confirm the opening time before dropping in there.

Please be advised that the Service Centre will be closed for Chinese Lunar New Year Holidays from 20th January (Fri – 1.00pm onwards) to 28th January 2023 (Sat).

Operations will resume as per normal on Mon, 30th January 2023.
